At Honey Stone Studio, every order is printed, quality-checked and carefully packaged in our Cotswolds studio before dispatch. We are committed to efficient fulfilment, secure packaging and reliable UK delivery options.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All cards are printed in-house on premium 300gsm textured cardstock and prepared to order.

Order before 12:00pm (Monday–Friday) for same-day dispatch.

Orders placed after 12:00pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note:

Weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
Personalised orders are dispatched within the same timeframe unless otherwise stated.

UK Delivery Options

Delivery options and pricing are displayed clearly at checkout.

We currently offer:

Royal Mail 2nd Class

Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Royal Mail 1st Class

Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day by 1pm)

Guaranteed next working day delivery by 1pm (Monday–Friday).

While Royal Mail provides estimated timeframes, we kindly ask customers to allow up to 5 working days from dispatch for delivery to be completed.

Important Delivery Information

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery transfers to Royal Mail.

We are not responsible for postal delays once an item has left our studio. Delivery times are estimates only and can occasionally be affected by high volumes, weather disruption or operational delays within the postal network.

If your order has not arrived after 5 working days from dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.

For items considered lost, Royal Mail requires a specific waiting period before claims can be processed. We will fully support you through this process if required.

Packaging & Protection

Every card is:

Printed on luxury 300gsm textured cardstock
Paired with a recycled kraft envelope
Placed inside a protective sleeve
Shipped in a hard-backed envelope for maximum protection

For multiple-card orders, additional board protection is used to prevent bending during transit.

Personalised Orders

Please ensure all personalisation details are entered correctly at the time of purchase.

If no name or custom wording is provided where required, the card will be printed with the standard design only.

If you need to amend details, please contact us immediately after ordering. We will always do our best to accommodate changes before printing begins.

International Delivery

We currently focus on UK delivery. If you require international shipping, please contact us before ordering and we will confirm availability.
