NON-PERSONALISED POSTERS

We accept returns on non-personalised poster prints within 14 days of delivery in accordance with UK distance selling regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

• The poster must be unused and in original condition
• It must be returned in its original protective packaging
• It must not be damaged, bent, creased or marked

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed for the product value (excluding original postage costs).

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

We take packaging and dispatch extremely seriously. However, if your poster arrives damaged:

Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched with precision from our Cotswolds studio.

Orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or over the weekend are dispatched the next working day.

For time-sensitive occasions, we recommend selecting a tracked or express service and allowing additional time for delivery.

All of our products are made to order and personalised just for you, so we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Cancellations

As orders go into production quickly, cancellations aren't usually possible once placed. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help — but once production has started or the item has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos. We'll happily arrange a free reprint. In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if you choose to keep the item.

Personalisation Errors

Please double-check all spelling and details before placing your order. We print exactly what is submitted and can't offer refunds or reprints for customer errors.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for confirmed damaged or defective items. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Exchanges

As each item is made to order, we're unable to offer exchanges.
