This product is a paper greeting card intended for general personal and decorative use. It is not a toy and is not suitable for children under 3 years due to the risk of paper cuts. Designed and supplied by a UK-based small business. Seller contact details are provided above in accordance with the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).

Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched with precision from our Cotswolds studio.

Orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or over the weekend are dispatched the next working day.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Once dispatched from our Cotswolds studio, responsibility rests with the postal carrier. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by courier networks, customs procedures, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

For time-sensitive occasions, we recommend selecting a tracked or express service and allowing additional time for delivery.

All of our products are made to order and personalised just for you, so we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Cancellations

As orders go into production quickly, cancellations aren't usually possible once placed. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help — but once production has started or the item has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos. We'll happily arrange a free reprint. In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if you choose to keep the item.

Personalisation Errors

Please double-check all spelling and details before placing your order. We print exactly what is submitted and can't offer refunds or reprints for customer errors.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for confirmed damaged or defective items. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Exchanges

As each item is made to order, we're unable to offer exchanges.

Return postage costs are non-refundable.
